Ancil Dennis: Tobago Needs MPs in Cabinet to Benefit from Government Decisions
March 25, 2025 – For Tobago to benefit from the central government, the best arrangement is to have Members of Parliament who also sit in the Cabinet. That’s according to Ancil Dennis, political leader of the Tobago Council of the PNM. Speaking on the Tobago Updates Morning Show, he dismissed claims by political opponents that MPs outside the Cabinet would be better positioned to advocate for the island.
