Former Commissioner of Police Gary Griffith says one of the reasons the TTPS is struggling to manage crime is that they are not fully utilizing technology. He noted that during his time as top COP, he introduced several mechanisms using modern technology in their crime-fighting strategies. Many of these have since been dismantled.
