Soca artiste Machel Montano supports Tobago having its own carnival
Soca Artiste Machel Montano has come out in support of the Tobago October Carnival! Just hours before his graduation from the University of Trinidad and Tobago on Monday, he made an appearance as the headline act at Comfort Inn’s Soca All-Inclusive Fete. There he took some time to share his thoughts on Tobago’s attempt at building its own carnival brand.
