The M.V. Cabo Star resumed operations today, Friday 30th August.
The cargo vessel M.V. Cabo Star, which was taken off route for 10 days following a fire on August 20, 2024, has officially resumed operations today. The Galleon’s Passage and the Buccoo Reef made additional sailing to transport foodstuff, pharmaceuticals and other essentials while the Cabo Star was being repaired. The Management of the Trinidad and Tobago Inter-Island Transport Company Limited (TTIT) advised truckers that inspections and repairs to the M.V. Cabo Star were completed. Sailings resumed today from Port of Spain at 2 pm and another sailing is scheduled from the Port of Scarborough at 11 pm. The regular sailing schedule will continue from the 1st of September.
