Health Ministers Tour Scarborough General Hospital To Assess Operations And Engage With Staff
Scarborough, Tobago – July 11th, 2025 – Dr. Lackram Bodoe, Minister of Health, and Dr. Rishad Seecheran, Minister in the Ministry of Health, recently conducted an official site visit to the Scarborough General Hospital. They were accompanied by Deputy Chief Secretary and Secretary of Health, Wellness and Social Protection, Dr. Faith Brebnor.
The ministerial delegation toured the facility to observe its operations firsthand and engage directly with the medical and administrative staff. This visit underscores the new administration’s commitment to strengthening healthcare delivery across Trinidad and Tobago, particularly in Tobago, by assessing on-the-ground conditions and facilitating dialogue with frontline workers. The focus was on ensuring efficient health service provision for the island’s residents.
