The Trinbago Unified Calypsonians Organization (TUCO) Tobago Zone announced that five students were selected to advance to the semifinals of the National Junior Calypso Monarch. The five students selected to participate in the national semifinals, in alphabetical order, are: D’ashe’ Saul of Bishops High School Koquice Davidson and Khalea Alfred of Bishops High School Nyah Arnold of Signal Hill Government Primary and Uriah Duncan of St. Nicholas Primary School, performing “On Any Road” These five contestants were among the twelve finalists who were also selected for the TUCO Tobago Zone Junior Calypso Monarch competition after the preliminary competition, which was held on Monday, February 10, at the Scarborough Library. The event will be held at the TUCO Cultural Hub, Port of Spain, on Saturday, February 15th
