Earl Arthur Library Officially Opens at Shirvan Police Station
March 19, 2025 – The Shirvan Police Station has received a significant upgrade with the official opening of the Earl Arthur Library. The library honors the late Inspector Earl Arthur, remembered as a dedicated officer, a champion of grammatical precision, and a steadfast enforcer of the law. Though he has passed away, his legacy endures through this new addition.
