Parlatuvier, Tobago – June 18, 2024 – Chief Secretary Farley Augustine is set to unveil Tobago’s comprehensive development plan during Monday’s (June 24, 2024) Tobago House of Assembly (THA) budget presentation. Augustine disclosed this significant announcement during a media briefing at the launch of a major broadband initiative in Parlatuvier, North-East Tobago earlier today.
During his address, he also took the opportunity to address ongoing speculations regarding his successor as Secretary of Finance, Trade, and the Economy, a portfolio he previously held. This upcoming budget presentation is highly anticipated, as it will outline the strategic direction for Tobago’s development and economic future.
