Scarborough, Tobago – January 2024 – The Trinbago Unified Calypsonians Organisation (TUCO) Tobago Zone proudly announced that all four junior calypsonians who represented Tobago in the National Junior Calypso Monarch Semi-Finals on Saturday, January 27th, 2024, successfully qualified for the finals.
This impressive achievement highlights the burgeoning talent within Tobago’s youth calypso scene. These promising young artists earned their spot to compete in the grand finale, which was held on Monday, February 5th, 2024, at the iconic Queen’s Park Savannah in Port-of-Spain. Their qualification underscored Tobago’s continued strong representation in national cultural competitions.
