Dr. Denise Tsoiafatt-Angus: Carnival Needs Investment & Better Planning
March 7, 2025 – The Political Leader of the Innovative Democratic Alliance (IDA), Dr. Denise Tsoiafatt-Angus, stated that the current Tobago House of Assembly (THA) administration has made little effort to organise a quality Carnival for 2025. She argued that by failing to invest and plan properly, the island misses the opportunity to host one of the region’s top Carnivals during the national event.
