ATFA Still Awaiting Payments for Oil Spill Services
March 14, 2025 – The All Tobago Fisherfolk Association (ATFA) remains frustrated with the Tobago House of Assembly (THA) over outstanding payments for services provided during the 2024 Gulfstream oil spill. They claim the THA has not been transparent with the public about how contractors were compensated.
