The crime rate in Tobago continues to climb. Two recent murders have intensified concerns about safety, especially as persons view certain areas of Tobago’s capital, Scarborough, as crime hot spots. This morning, Inspector Sherla Prince appeared on the morning show, where she addressed the growing issue of crime on the island.
