Minority Leader Kelvon Morris called for a day of prayer for Tobago earlier today via Facebook Live. Morris stated that there seems to be a feeling of heaviness across the island, which he does not know the source of. He said Tobago is in a dark place, and it is manifested in the events the island is experiencing.
