277 Students Awarded National Bursaries

The Ministry of Education has announced that 277 students have been awarded national bursaries under the National Bursaries Programme for the 2023/24 academic year. These bursaries, aimed at supporting undergraduate studies, were granted after the applications sent to the programme were reviewed. A statement released by the Education Ministry highlighted the significant investment in youth education, with a budget of $36,387,272 allocated to cover tuition fees and other allowances for the awardees.
