Dr. Rowley referenced St. Vincent and the Grenadines’ Prime Minister, Ralph Gonsalves, who stated that St. Vincent was getting the Sandals Resort, which was originally intended for Tobago. Dr. Rowley then directly addressed those against a hotel construction at Rocky Point, emphasizing his administration’s commitment to advancing development on the island.
