Chief Secretary Farley Augustine says upcoming T.H.A. budget to focus on human capital development.

The upcoming THA budget is expected to focus on human capital development, according to Chief Secretary Farley Augustine. The THA’s budget is due by the end of June, and while a date is not yet set, Augustine promises it will be geared toward pushing Tobago’s development forward.
